This year's Complex Leadership Conference (CLC) was decidedly smaller than usual since only two of the five complex schools were in attendance; Moanalua Middle and Salt Lake Elementary. Thus, the usual 120-140 was cut to 23. Without the larger numbers, groups were also cut from 6 to 3, and workshops from 5 to 4, although that was because no one signed up for Public Speaking. But the smaller numbers gave us more of a chance to get to know every group member and more chances to talk one-to-one. All activities were done despite the small numbers. Thank you to all the advisors: Ms. Masuda-Kop, Ms. Contee and Ms. Oumi! Thank you to all the SA Officer Facilitators! Most of all, that you to all the participants for providing an opportunity for the officers to facilitate! It was truly a mutually beneficial conference!
WELCOME! ICEBREAKER TIME!
