Call it what you want: commencement, diploma distribution, graduation ceremony....because of the corona virus social distancing requirements, graduation was quite different this year! The ceremonies were split over three days, two shifts per day, meaning the class had to be broken up into six separate groups and honored in those smaller groups. Nevertheless, school administrators and staff tried to come up with the best possible alternative, given the restrictions. Obviously, this was not the ceremony seniors were expecting, but hopefully they know that each of them were equally loved and cared for as much as all previous classes that came before them.
