2022 MOANALUA HIGH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (above) The Moanalua High School Executive Council is made up of fifteen volunteers. VOLUNTEERS! While officers are elected, they choose to run knowing that if they win, there is no physical reward, no letter grade, no incentive other than the pure satisfaction of doing a good job and representing the student body. At times, we achieve great success while at other times, we achieve somewhat less, but it is always a learning process. While we can take away much satisfaction from doing a good job, we can also learn from mistakes and try to better ourselves the next time. And so, at the end of our terms, while we do not earn a credit, a letter grade or even a certificate of achievement proving our accomplishments, we can take away the self-satisfaction in knowing that we did our best for the students, school and community, and that positive experience is something we can really use as contributing adult members of society.

5-27: LEADING THE WAY!

We're LEADING THE WAY!  The theme for 2016 says it all.  This year's leadership conference included over 70 participants led by eight former SA officers.  As always, the conference provided team building activities, meeting strategies, workshops, games, and the ever popular team skit at the end.  Thank you to facilitators Wai Sam Lao, Dani Hipol, Erica Carlos, Selena Fung, Jannah Dela Cruz, Jessel Dela Cruz, Crystal Fujiwara, and Jessica Luong, and to advisors Justin Kohara (Seniors), Renae Villa (Moanalua Middle), Cindy Wong (Washington Middle), and special guest Felipe Ojastro (Class of 2006).

5/20: CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2016!

5/10: AWARDS ASSEMBLY HONORS MORE THAN ACADEMICS!

Yes, the academic awards were presented at the annual Awards Assembly, but this year, we also recognized an athletic team, Boys' Golf, for winning the State Championship as well.  Congratulations to all academic honorees, the Boys' Golf Team, and the incoming Student Association officers who also held induction ceremonies.  It has been a great school year, and we look forward to a greater one next year!
